ABOUT THE VILLA
VILLA SPECIFICATIONS
So you are looking for the villa with a 'home from home' theme... Here it is as this villa has plenty to offer everyone.
With three large bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning units or heating units for the winter! Each room has a selection of sheets and towels along with quilts for the cooler months. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside tables, readin lamps, dressing table and stool and there is access to a balcony as well. The villa itself also offers a safe deposit box for your use; along with a hairdryer.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and a single bed with bedside table and the third bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. The villa is ideal for larger families or two families sharing. In total you can sleep 8 people.
In addition there is a cot and highchair available. There is a large family bathroom upstairs and additional guest toilet downstairs.
The living room area is comfortable with two sofas to setle down in the evening; enjoy the local satellite television, along with a play station, selection of games, playstation games and dvds, books and magazines. The kitchen area is spacious and has all necessary items for your holiday including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a dining room table and chairs for you to enjoy an evening meal.
Outdoor facilities
This outdoor area was designed with relaxation in mind! Its well planned areas mean that everyone can enjoy every part of the villa. Starting with the large private outdoor pool, there are lovely roman steps (built in to the pool). The pool is well maintained and gets the sun for the majority of the day.
Beside the pool are plenty of sunbeds, drinks tables and sun bed towels as well. If this isnt enough to relax and enjoy the sunshine in the fenced private area around the pool, there is also a sofa area, with a sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table to relax in the evening. There is also a large outdoor table and chairs for you to enjoy an outside eveing meal and a BBQ. The mature garden area helps to create a relaxing and soft atmosphere for your to enjoy your days /evenings under the awning on the comfortable sofas and chairs.... ahh perfect!

Great country, Great people, Great weather, great food and beer. The villa is pretty good too. Have enjoyed several memorable holidays in Cyprus and intend to visit again in the future.
Location, location, location
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position, the pool, patio area are first class, with lots of different areas to read your book in, whilst relaxing. Inside the villa it is equipped to the highest standard with all the facilities you would expect. Everything works unlike some of the holiday villas we have stayed in previously!!! The owners obviously take pride in their villa and ensure that you have a very comfortable stay.
We felt that the villa was in the best location for us, a short walk to the beach and Protarus strip where you can get a fabulous meal. Love the villa and would definately return, as lots to do, this was our third visit and will return again soon!!

I have stayed here several times over the years and it is perfect in every way. Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped - it's in a quiet and peaceful residential location but only a short walk away from local restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. You can be as private or as sociable as you like. Highly recommended!

Villa has 8x4 Roman stepped gradual incline Pool and is south facing, so gets the sun all day. An electric driven awning provides a large shaded rear south patio area. Secluded and private patio and pool area, with garden furniture and BBQ. This Villa is scluded and in a quiet area, away from noise, but close enough to "The Strip" in Protaras to walk to (7 minutes walk). Decosta Bay is only 400 meters away as well as quiet coves and bays. Fig Tree bay area is only 15 minues walk around the headland.
