We have numerous properties in Cyprus and have used various companies since 2006 with varying degrees of success.
We bought our Villa in Pernera in July 2009 and set out to furnish it to a high standard and provide a 1st class service management service, which would enable us achieve a good rental yield with confidence whilst in the UK.
Our previous management company fell short in this department and it reflected in the questionnaire we received back from the clients at the end of the 2009 season, which disappointed us.
With this in mind we set out to locate a management company we could communicate with, had pride in their work and followed our belief that client satisfaction is the most important aspect of any successful business.
Following our 3 month research in Famagusta, we found Spot On Villa Rentals and asked Katie & Rita to meet us at the Villa for a quick chat to allay any fears we may have had in changing companies, with the new season approaching.
The chat lasted 3 hours and at the end of it we felt confident enough to commit fully to them, which retrospectively has been one of the best decisions we made in Cyprus so far.
They communicate well with you, they advise you, they call out at short notice if a client has a problem, they keep the accounts up to date and our client questionnaires have given them top marks to date this year.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Katie and Rita to you and I am sure once you have met them or spoken with them you will feel the same and take confidence your property is in safe hands.

Alkioni villa was amazing, in fact it was more than we could have asked for. It was the perfect spot for the shops and beaches and only a 10 minute taxi ride into Ayia Napa. We made many friends at the local taverns and tried as many Cyprian dishes as we could at the local restaurants. We were all very sad to leave….so we’ve already started looking on your website for next year!!

We had a fantastic holiday. Villa was excellent, outdoor space was out of this world and facilities at the villa were first class. Katie was extremely helpful and the best rep we have ever had. We have been renting villas for a good number of years now and I can definitely say that Spot on Villas were the best company we have used by miles! Would recommend 100%.

I have stayed with spot on villas a number of times & have always had a fantastic time. The service and friendlyness of the staff really made our holidays ones to remember. "" We rented long term from Katie and we where absolutely delighted with our two bedroom apartment we could not have wished for better accommodation. It was new, nicely decorated and furnish with all modern accessories and very spacious.
This apartment was good value for money, very comfortable, very clean with all public area’s being cleaned three times every week. We had a nice size private pool, tennis court with surrounding gardens. No problem parking at anytime. The area was quiet and calming with the local harbour and beaches on your doorstep more than we had hoped for.
There is a very good bus service should you not want drive which is only a three minute walk away, local shops, bars and restaurants are all walking distant. Main supermarkets are a short drive or bus ride away.
Should you have any problems then Katie is just one phone call away with all the right answers.
