How to use online chat

You do not need to register to talk with one of our representatives, just follow the two steps bellow to get your questions answered:

1. Enter your name in the bottom of the box where it says "edit nickname", this way we know who we are talking to.
2. Type your question in the box above where it says "type here and hit enter" and then press the enter button on your keyboard.

Your message will now show in the box above and one of our representatives will be able to view it and our response will apear directly bellow your question.

If we are offline then you can leave a message offline and when we return we can respond to your question. Alternatively, you can always contact us via email or phone, of which the details can be found at the bottom of this page.
