Indoor facilities
The property is furnished with different shades of brown throughout and gentle colours of red and orange have been brought in. The living room has comfortable leather sofas with orange scatter cushions, a nice size coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and local satellite channels. The great thing about the villa is there are plenty of windows and when opened they offer such a lovely summer breeze and there is also the air conditioning as well for your use. The kitchen area has everything you will need, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, with toaster, kettle and blender. The kitchen also has a variety of cups, mugs, expresso cups, glasses, Tupperware and much more... In addition, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and in the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer with an iron and ironing board. There is a nice size dining table and chairs as well. Moving in to the bedrooms, there are four rooms, each with bedside tables, built in wardrobes, air conditioning / heating units and a mirror. Two of the rooms have double beds and the other two rooms have two single beds in each. There are plenty of towels and bedding in the hall cupboard with a hairdryer. The villa has a nice size bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower combined and an ensuite bathroom also with a bath and shower combined. There are 3 toilets in the property.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is spectacular, with a large private pool to start with. The pool is cleaned twice weekly throughout your stay to keep it as prestige as you deserve it to be. There are sun beds around the pool so you can keep your summer tan topped up. The sun is on the pool area most of the day in the summer and winter months so you can really soak up the sun and in the evening relax in the arm chairs with your glass of wine on the coffee table, the BBQ sizzling in the background and the table and chairs laid ready to eat. The garden area is spacious and there are landscaped gardens as well which help to create the mood.

Price: There are no hidden additions or costs in our prices. We accept visa and mastercard (3% charge), bank transfer or euro certified bankers draft. To book a property you will be asked to fill out our booking form and all you pay is 30% on booking and then nothing until 6 weeks before your holiday... All properties have a security payment of 250euros which is payable in cash upon your arrival and is returned at the end of your vacation. The bond is used to secure the property against breakages or damage.
