Booking procedure
How do i reserve / book a property?
Choose the property you wish to book, on the page you will see a button
"Prices and booking" click here. This link will lead you to our booking /
reservation form. Please fill in the form and submit it to us. We will respond
to the email as quickly as possible.
Can i book over the phone?
A representative would be more than willing to assist in your booking over
the phone. Send us an email with your contact details and a representative
will call you. Please make sure you have the property name or id number to
hand when we contact you.
How do i pay?
You can pay via visa card, mastercard, bank transfer or bank certified cheque for any booking. Please note that banker cheques must be issued by the bank and in euro currency and payments via visa or mastercard will incur a 3% charge.
What happens once i have booked a property?
Once you have booked the property of your choice, you will be sent through a confirmation document full of additional information such as transfers, car hire, meeting points, accessing keys etc.
How do i get the keys to the property?
Our representative will meet you in the local area day or night to show you to the property.
What happens if i need assistnace whilst i am on holiday?
If you need assistance then there is a representative on hand 24hours a day to help you for emergencies.
