This apartment is spacious, homely and close to the beach and amenities... what more do we need to say... Oh yes, it has a communal pool that is large and the complex is small!!!

As you enter the apartment you automaticaly feel the relaxing mood and the moden touches the apartment. The living room is fully equipped, with a comfortable corner sofa so you can sit back and enjoy the satellite television (english spoken local channels).

Moving in to the bedrooms - the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, reading lamp and a dressing table with mirror and stool allong with an enusite shower room... In addition to this, there is airconditioning / heating units available with remote controls and there are built in wardrobes in both rooms. The blinds are black out which means you can have a cool apartment to return to and a great nights sleep.

The twin room has twin beds, with a bedside table and reading lamp. There is also a mirror in this room along with air conditioning and built in wardrobes. There is a plentiful supply of bed linen and towels for your use.

There are two balconies, one overlooking the pool area close to the living room and the second balcony close to the dining table so you can enjoy a nice summer breeze. On the balcony overlooking the pool is a glass table and chairs along with an umberella for shade and to the back are two lazy chairs and a coffee table.

COMPLEX FACILITIES:

There is a lush communal pool. The complex has a lift and stairs and is brand new. The pool area is fenced for privacy and has a gate for security.
