2. We believe in trying to make the booking process simplistic, therefore we assist in car hire and transfers from the airport to the property so that the first part of the holiday is stress free.

3. We personally meet you on your arrival. Even if you arrive early hours of the morning or late at night, one of our representatives will personally meet you in the local area to show you arround your property.

4. We always provide you with a welcome hamper to get you started on your first day... And not wish silly sachets of milk and mini versions of wine, we give you a nice bottle of wine, a big bottle of milk and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, juice, water buscuits and crisps to get you started. Our packages varey depending on what we feel each party needs.

5. We provide you with information portfollios, one for your safety and information on the property and the second full of great information on the area.

6. We are on 24hour call, so if there is something wrong or you get locked out we will try our best to assist you.

7. We offer you great facilities on our 'rental members' website, you can book excursions, car hire, transfers and much much more... ;)
