This stunning one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Kapparis, so you don’t need to hire a car. You can walk in to Kapparis and to the beaches and amenities easily. The resort is all year round so you can choose your vacations any time of the year with this cosy apartment.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, with a double bed, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a mirror and shelf area as well... so ladies have space for doing their hair and makeup for that extra special summer night out.

In the living room the area is open plan and spacious, with a kitchen area full of cupboards and all of the items you will need to enjoy your holiday. Being self catering, you have the main appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor along with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils so if you decide to have a home cooked meal you all you have to decide is where to eat... at the dining table and chairs or in the evening breeze on the balcony...

The living room has a two and three seater sofa of which the three seater opens in to a sofa bed, so the apartment can sleep four people. There is additional wardrobe space in the living room as well so you can hang your clothing as well. There is a large flat screen television, with satellite television, DVD play, ipod docking station and much more...

Then we move outside to the balcony... its huge, that the best way to describe it. There are lovely field and sea views, plenty of sun beds, a nice size table and chairs and an umbrella for shade.

COMPLEX FACILITIES
The complex has both lifts and stairs for your use. There is undercover parking should you decide to hire a car as well. The pool area is very relaxing with the water fountain feature it definitely stands out.
For children, there is a baby pool and also a play area as well.
