ABOUT FOTINI VILLA

Located between Protaras and Cape Greco, this brand new villa - just released for the 2008 season - is located within a stylish and secure gated development in a spectacular coastal location. The villa has been designed to offer an exclusive sense of privacy and relaxation.

Villa Fotini is furnished throughout to a very high standard with marble floors downstairs, stylish leather sofas and many extras to make your holiday a great success. The dining area has a beautiful marble table and stunning chandelier that creates a romantic setting for those special occasions and the patio doors open directly onto the area by the pool. The marble staircase leads to three individually designed bedrooms, two of which have fabulous sea views. The master bedroom is en suite and has a king size bed and patio doors leading onto its own balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning sunrise with views out to sea. The gold room has a double bed and the colourful red room has twin beds.

The plasma TV and satellite receiver provide hundreds of TV and radio channels to choose from, or you can watch a DVD or try your hand using the fantastic Nintendo Wii games console. MP3/Ipod speakers are provided in the sitting room and master bedroom and the villa has a local mobile phone provided for your use during your stay. High speed wi-fi internet access is also provided.

With Villa Fotini not only are you able to enjoy beautiful sea views - you also have direct access to the shoreline, which is popular for snorkelling and scuba diving (you will find two sets of snorkelling gear in the villa for your use).

The location is superb, great for walkers as the nature trail follows the shore line past Cyclops cave, with breathtaking views all the way down to Konnos beach. A family orientated beach, with cafe, plenty of golden sand, calm crystal clear turquoise waters, and water sports set amongst the greenery of Cape Greco itself. Plus within 1.5km you are in Protaras where you can enjoy the culture with Greek dancing beside the waterfalls or enjoy more of an upbeat atmosphere and head off into Ayia Napa itself.

INTERIOR FACILITIES

With an exclusive design to the interior Villa Fotini certainly offers privacy, comfort and relaxation. The colour scheme throughout has been carefully chosen to create a soothing atmosphere. With ground marble floors keeping the villa cool you can lie back on the leather sofas and enjoy a glass of wine, choose from hundreds of television channels via the satellite receiver or watch a DVD. If you open up the large patio doors you can enjoy the cool summer breeze and look across the pool area and garden to the shoreline.

When dinner is ready, relax at the marble dinner table under the chandelier, put your ipod / mp3 player in the cradle provided and listen to your favourite music over an enjoyable meal. After dinner you can play the fantastic Nintendo Wii games console, watch a DVD or play a board game from the many provided.

Moving upstairs, the master bedroom is waiting for you, open up the shutters and look out to the turquoise waters and the palm trees swaying gently back and forth. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with bedside tables and table lamps, a chest of draws, mirror and modern wicker chair, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite shower room and toilet as well. The other two bedrooms both also have built in wardrobes, shutters and air conditioning and consist of twin beds in the red room, with bedside table and lamp to match and a double bed in the gold room with bedside tables and lamps to match the theme. The bed linen is 100% luxury Egyptian cotton percale and pillows and protectors have the British Allergy Foundation seal of approval. Along with this there are plenty of luxury towels for your use and duvet sets from the same collection in case you feel a little chilly in the cooler months.
